Registration
Participation is open to all persons interested in area of the Sentinel Node technique. Those who wish to attend the Meeting should complete the online form. Each registrant must complete a separate form. Should you register via a hardcopy form, a clean photocopy of the form will be accepted, or additional forms can be obtained from the Meeting Managers.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Meeting must register, including invited Speakers and Chairpersons. Please read through this website carefully before you complete your form.

Payment Of Fees
NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.
Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards accepted at the meeting. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Conference by THPL.
Cheques should be made payable to Sentinel Node 2008. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted
You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.
Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
You will not receive any further publications before the Meeting. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Meeting. At the Meeting you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/Meeting documentation and a list of delegates.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers.
Registration Fees:
• Before 16 November 2007 will incur an A$100.00 cancellation fee
• Before 7 January 2008 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid
• After 7 January 2008 there will be no refund
Accommodation:
• Deposit must be paid at the time of booking to guarentee reservation
• Deposit is non-refundable at 14 January 2008
Social:
• Payments are non-refundable at 14 January 2008
Tours:
• Payments are non-refundable at 14 January 2008
Entrance To Meeting
Each delegate of the Meeting will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

The Registration Desk will be located in the Parkside Foyer, Level 1, Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre and will be operating as follows:

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Meeting and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Meeting, or through cancellation of the Meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Meeting Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
Private Touring/Hospitality Arrangements
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Meeting Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.
Private Functions
It is requested that you advise the Meeting Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Meeting Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
